Baranya ham is a new dried meat delicacy from Belje! The top quality of ham is due to the use of fresh meat from fatty pigs, which is characterized by its favorable ratio of muscle and fat tissue. Traditional production begins with manual salting, followed by smoking on beech wood, the duration of which is adjusted to the size and structure of the ham. Drying is the longest and most complex phase in production, which lasts about five months and during which the final taste is created in which the aroma of pepper, a spice traditionally used in the production of Baranya kulen, is only slightly felt.
Ingredients: deboned leg of pork with skin, table salt, spices, dextrose, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite, starter culture. 100g of dry product made from 172g of fresh pork bacon.
