Experienced masters of their trade have filled this kulen in the natural casing called „katica“ by hand, smoked it in the natural smoke of beechwood and looked after its ripening for a full six months.
The knowledge, effort and time invested in creating this kulen have made it so authentic, full and rounded-off.
