Tartar sauce is a condiment primarily composed of mayonnaise. It is most often used as a condiment with fried foods, seafood dishes such as clams, fried oysters, fish and chips, fish sandwiches, and fish fingers, among many other dishes.
Ingredients: water, edible refined sunflower seed oil 30%, mustard (water, white mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, vitamin B2 riboflavin), vinegar, starch E1422, sugar, spice (dill, nutmeg, marjoram), egg yolk powder 1.3%, salt, starch E1450, preservative potassium sorbate, stabilisers (E412, E415), citric acid E330, antioxidant E385, flavour. Can contain traces of soy, whey powder, mustard and celery.
