Fantastic cheese

We loved this cheese while we lived in Slovenia and are so happy to be able to eat it in the UK. It has a mild taste of freshness. It is perfect in sandwiches, toasts, and on pizza! It melts perfectly. We prefer it over any other simIlar type of cheese (e.g. cheddar).

It's o.k.

I purchased this cheese only because I never had it before and a recipe I saw on the internet required trapist cheese. I don't think it is anything special, however my son's liked it and ate it all before I had a chance to put the recipe into good use.
