Made with simple, pure ingredients, including wheat flour, sugar, honey and milk, Plazma biscuits are enriched with anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals. With calcium, iron, zinc, vitamins C and B6, niacin and thiamine in the recipe, these classic cookies are often enjoyed as meal replacements. Sweet - but not too sweet - with a taste akin to graham crackers and a crumbly texture, Plazma biscuits are perfect for dunking in milk, tea or coffee and wonderful with Eurocrem, Nutella or jam. Ingredients: wheat flour 55%, sugar, butter 6.3%, soybean flour, vegetable fat (palm), honey 2.7%, dextrose, whey powder, skimmed milk powder, raising agents (ammonium carbonates, sodium carbonates), iodised salt, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vitamins (vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), niacin (nicotinamide), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamin mononitrate)), antioxidant: potassium metabisulfite, flavouring. May contain hazelnuts and sesame.
