Meet the team Jovana Lea is our Home Delivery manager. She'll respond to your emails and coordinate operations to ensure your orders are complete and shipped on time. A food fanatic.
Adi manages our inventory and purchasing. He'll randomly burst into singing and boost our morale.
Filip is our Assistant Team Manager. He's our most chill team member as he's in charge of packing frozen products. Also known as Big F.
Miha is our Senior (and the most fabulous) pick and pack queen. Has an amazing singing voice and helps us with translating Slovenian inquiries.
Jugoslav is our plant team member. They have been through a lot and in return they've been giving us good vibes!

OUR PROCESS
After printing, your orders and assigned to a personal shopper who will pick and pack your items. After being double checked and packed, your orders are booked for collection by DHL's very own Anton or one of our drivers. After leaving our premises, your parcels are handled by DHL and are out of our hands, but we will keep monitoring them until a confirmation is received that they are successfully delivered to you.
Emails to expect:
1. Order confirmation email - does what is says. This is not an official invoice, a hard copy of your invoice is supplied in your parcels.
2. Dispatch confirmation email - confirms the order has been shipped and has left our premises.
3. Tracking details - Emails are sent from DHL's network confirming the tracking number and any further updates. An estimated time slot on the morning of your delivery is sent this way as well.
