We are proud to say that our family business is both family run and family owned. Since 2012, Magaza offers you a home delivery service of your favorite products from across the Balkan region. It is the first online store of its kind and we are proud to say we stock products which you have never seen in the UK before. Magaza Online offers a broad variety of traditional products such as smoked meat, a range of frozen pastry, pies and meat, pickled salads and condiments, and a selection of snacks to satisfy everyone's sweet-tooth or savoury cravings. We aim to provide you with everything you need to make traditional dishes using highest quality ingredients you grew up with.
Jovana Lea is our Home Delivery manager. She'll respond to your emails and coordinate operations to ensure your orders are complete and shipped on time. A food fanatic.
Adi manages our inventory and purchasing. He'll randomly burst into singing and boost our morale.
Filip is our Assistant Team Manager. He's our most chill team member as he's in charge of packing frozen products. Also known as Big F.
Miha is our Senior (and the most fabulous) pick and pack queen. Has an amazing singing voice and helps us with translating Slovenian inquiries.
Jugoslav is our plant team member. They have been through a lot and in return they've been giving us good vibes!

OUR PROCESS
After printing, your orders and assigned to a personal shopper who will pick and pack your items. After being double checked and packed, your orders are booked for collection by DHL's very own Anton or one of our drivers. After leaving our premises, your parcels are handled by DHL and are out of our hands, but we will keep monitoring them until a confirmation is received that they are successfully delivered to you.
Emails to expect:
1. Order confirmation email - does what is says. This is not an official invoice, a hard copy of your invoice is supplied in your parcels.
2. Dispatch confirmation email - confirms the order has been shipped and has left our premises.
3. Tracking details - Emails are sent from DHL's network confirming the tracking number and any further updates. An estimated time slot on the morning of your delivery is sent this way as well.

100% of our packing supplies are either completely reusable or recyclable. We do our best to reuse any packaging material including cardboard, so do not be surprised if you receive branded boxes!
To insulate chilled products, we will wrap them in fine foam or foil material and frozen goods will be packed in the newest technology wool thermal box sets. We do not use plastic tape, polystyrene boxes, and try to minimise our impact on the planet as much as possible. Our packing peanuts are recyclable, and we are proud to say that our frozen packaging is biodegradable, recyclable, compostable and naturally sustainable. Even our booking labels are BPA free!
