Express delivery

We will prioritize Express delivery orders against any other shipping method available. At the moment we are unable to guarantee next business day delivery, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship. However, we are still shipping all your orders on overnight basis, so they should not be in transit longer than usual. The price of this service is £7.99.

Please note that BT, GY, IM, IV, JE, KW, PA, PH postcodes are only eligible for 48h delivery service which will add one more business day to your delivery timeframe. Postcodes HS and ZE fall under 48h+ delivery service.

Frozen surcharge

Due to the summer heatwaves, please note that we cannot guarantee that your orders will arrive deeply frozen. In case your products arrive defrosted, we advise keeping them refrigerated in original packaging and consumed within 24h after taking them out of the insulation packaging.

For any number of frozen products ordered, a single surcharge of £5 will be automatically added to the delivery total which covers additional costs of frozen goods handling, postage & thermal insulation packaging that will keep your order chilled for up to 30h.

Couriers cannot guarantee overnight delivery to remote ares, please note that the following postcodes are restricted for shipping frozen items: BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PA, PH and ZE.

Please note that these postcodes might change at any given moment and without upfront notice and that if you place an order for frozen products we are not going to be able to guarantee that the products will arrive in satisfactory condition. 

Saturday delivery 

We are disabling this option until further notice.

Delivery during weekends and Bank holidays 

Please note that postal and courier services do not work during these days and that delivery of your order will take more time in these periods. Any perishable (frozen and refrigerated) items will not be sent on Fridays in order to avoid being in transit for longer than our insulation keeps them cool. Perishable orders that we receive from Thursday after cut off time will be sent on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

After your order is placed

Email containing an invoice for all the ordered items will be sent to your stated e-mail address and shortly after that, a confirmation will be sent to you confirming that your order is now processed. Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to get shipped. After your order has been packaged and booked for delivery, an automated confirmation from our couriers will be sent to your stated e-mail address, affirming that your order is available to track via courier provided link. Deliveries are performed between 8am and 8pm and will be executed without personal contact. All packages will be left in a safe place in order to minimise your need to interact with drivers. Please contact couriers directly for any tracking inquiries using booking reference provided from the designated courier company, as they will be able to provide detailed info for you.
