Cut-off time for deliveries in time for Easter and Đurđevdan is Friday is 26th April at 16:00h. As per usual, we will attempt to fulfill as many orders as possible after cut-off.

Please note we are closed on May Bank Holidays, Monday 6th and Monday 27th, and no despatch or deliveries will be performed on those days.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. We do not guarantee next day delivery as our team is small and we can handle limited daily output of orders.

UK mainland - £7.99, free over £120

UK mainland customers can enjoy free delivery over £120, this means a discount of £7.99 will automatically be applied at checkout. £5 frozen delivery surcharge will be added if your order contains any number of frozen products. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer free delivery for bulk orders (over 50kg).

Areas considered remote by couriers such as Scottish Highlands and offshore locations do not qualify for free delivery, as these shipments have a surcharged shipping fee. The delivery charges are listed below and do not reflect the true cost of delivering to these areas which is heavily subsidised by Magaza online, offering a better value for our customers in remote locations.

*1. Applicable to all postcodes in UK mainland - Overnight delivery service means once your order has shipped it should be delivered on the next business day.

2. Scotland - please note these postcodes are eligible for 24-48h delivery service (AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA, KY, ML, TD).

GY, IM, IV1-40, IV52-54, IV63, JE, KW, PA, PH, TR21 and TR25 postcodes are only eligible for 48-72h delivery service which will add at least one more business day to your delivery time frame. Postcodes KW, IV41-49, IV51, IV55-56, HS and ZE, as well as smaller remote islands fall under 72h+ delivery service as they need to be delivered by a subcontractor.

3. We have suspended delivery to Northern Ireland (BT postcode) due to Brexit regulation.

❄️ Frozen delivery

For any number of frozen products ordered, a single surcharge of £5 will be automatically added to the delivery total which covers additional costs of frozen goods handling, postage & thermal insulation packaging that will keep your order chilled for up to 30h. All of our shipments are booked on a "leave safe" service to ensure delivery without fail, this is to comply with Food Standards Agency regulation.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that your orders will arrive deeply frozen, we recommend ordering the amount of frozen products you can use within 1 day of delivery. In case your products arrive defrosted, we advise keeping them refrigerated in original packaging and consumed within 24h after taking them out of the insulation packaging. Due to this possibility, please do not reschedule your delivery via DHL without contacting us first, as any delays might increase the chance of goods defrosting.

Couriers cannot guarantee 24h delivery service to remote ares, so the following postcodes are completely restricted for shipping frozen items: GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PA, PH, TR21, TR25 and ZE. For all other Scotland postcodes (AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA, KY, ML, TD), we recommend ordering the amount of frozen products you can use within 1 day of delivery.

These postcodes might change at any given moment and without upfront notice and that if you place an order for frozen products we are not going to be able to guarantee that the products will arrive in satisfactory condition.

All of our packages will be left in a safe place, so that they are delivered without fail, even if you are not in to accept the order.

🚚 Bulk delivery
Orders over 25kg are classified as bulk shipments by DHL, as such they might have limited tracking as they require specialised vehicles and drivers might not have scanners assigned to them. With these shipments we do not guarantee delivery to doorstep, proof of delivery photos or scans.

We get charged extra for shipments over 25kg, but we are able to absorb some of this cost. However, shipments over 50kg will not qualify for free delivery or any similar shipping discounts. For wholesale customers, we are able to organise palletised delivery if more convenient, just get in touch before placing your order.

📅 Delivery during weekends and Bank holidays 

Please note that postal and courier services do not operate during these days so they do not count as working days. Any perishable (frozen and refrigerated) items will not be shipped on Fridays in order to avoid being in transit for longer than our insulation keeps them cool. Perishable orders that we receive from Thursday afternoon will be sent on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday, add one extra day if a Monday is a Bank Holiday.

📅 Saturday delivery 

If you need your order to be delivered on a Saturday, please get in touch with our team, as a Saturday deliveries carry a surcharge from couriers.

During busy periods, some courier depots might deliver your orders over the weekend. This is not something we have influence over as it is down to your local depot's internal organisation, but if this is a case with your order it will be clearly communicated by the couriers.

🛍️ Pick up in store

Collecting your order in our Shepherd's bush shop is not something we can arrange as easily, but you are free to pick up your order from our Magaza Online premises in Park Royal. Please get in touch if you wish to organise a collection. Any delivery charge would be refunded in this case.

✔️ After your order is placed

Email containing a list of all the ordered items and your personal details will be sent to your stated e-mail address. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to get shipped. After your order has been packed and booked for delivery, an automated confirmation from our couriers will be sent to your stated e-mail address, affirming that your order is available to track via courier provided link. Once the parcels are collected from us, we'll also provide a shipping confirmation which will also include your receipt. Deliveries are performed between 7am and 9pm and will be executed without personal contact in most cases. All packages will be left in a safe place (usually lobby, corridor, beihnd bins, sheds or in the front porch) in order to ensure the perishable products are delivered without fail. If you have a preferred safe space, please provide that info to us, otherwise your local driver will leave the parcels where they deem safe (this might be outside or in communal areas of the building).

Please contact couriers directly for any tracking inquiries using booking reference provided from the designated courier company, as they will be able to provide detailed info for you. If needed, please do not reschedule your delivery via DHL without contacting us first.
