Budjola is made of a distinctive cut of pork neck. Also known as pork collar bacon, the meat is embroidered with fat and therefore quite flavoursome. It is wrapped in a net which preserves its shape and any remains should be removed before eating.
This meat delicacy is intended for the lovers of rich and dominant flavours who want to spice their gourmet meal with something exceptional. What makes this product special is carefully selected raw material that is laced into salt, smoked and dried for eighty days. The result is the most delicious combination of flavours specific for traditional smoke-dried products. Budjola will give new flavours to classical scrambled eggs, "home made" burgers and will become the most loved ingredient of rustic sandwiches and cold plates.
Ingredients: pork neck, coarse sea salt, sugar, spices, antioxidant: E301, preservatives: E250 and E251. The casing is not edible. 100g of the products is obtained by drying 161g of pork neck.
