The name Graničarska takes us back to the times when Petrinja was settled by graničari – border guarding soldiers who defended this territory against Turk invasions. It is mildly salty in aroma and is known for its specific and authentic flavour. Now in a smaller packaging.
Ingredients: pork, pork fat, table salt, dextrose, spices, spice extracts, antioxidant E301, starter culture, preservatives (E250, E251), smoke. 100g finished dried product is obtained from 152g fresh pork. The casing is not edible.
