Zagrebački odrezak is a variation of the Wiener Schnitzel or Cordon bleu named after the Croatian capital. The pork schnitzel is filled with ham and cheese and is very popular dish in Zagreb and rest of Croatia.
Ingredients: pork loin 50%, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, yeast, salt, rapeseed oil), eggs, pork ham 8% (pork meat 80%, water, starch, nitrite salt (salt, preservative E250), stabiliser E450, maltodextrin, dextrose, antioxidant E300, spice extracts), Gouda cheese 6%, vegetable oils (sunflower, rapeseed, in varying proportions), salt, starch, seasoning. May contain soy and celery. May contain small pieces of bones.
