A uniquely Balkan product, creamy and rich milk spread and condiment. Perfect with somun or homemade bread and as a traditional accompaniment to classic BBQ dishes. Due to the traditional manufacturing process and lack of preservatives, this product is naturally short-dated, however, it freezes very well.
Ingredients: pasteurised cream (milk), milk proteins, salt 0.7%. Contains min. 80% fat in dry matter.
