Vital Mayovita light mayonnaise is produced with a over 50% reduced amount of sunflower oil and without any egg yolks. Because of its thick texture, it is a key ingredient of the well-known festive French salad, and due to its squeezy packaging, there is little to no waste. Also perfect in salad dressings, sandwiches and baking, as it is heat-stable.
Since it contains ingredients exclusively of vegetable origin, it is recommended for the time of fasting during Lent.
Ingredients: water, edible refined sunflower seed oil 37%, modified corn starch, vinegar, mustard (water, white mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, vitamin B2 riboflavin), sugar, salt, stabilisers (E412, E415), preservative potassium sorbate, antioxidant E385. Cn contain traces of egg yolk.
