Ne recipe without honey! This is a ground vegan version of the original ground biscuit, perfect for cakes and pies and popular mixed into milk for babies and toddlers during Lenten periods.

First introduced in 1967. as a high nutritive value biscuit aimed for toddlers and children, Plazma, as it is known in the Balkans, quickly became a beloved tea-time and breakfast treat for people of all ages. Made with simple, pure ingredients, including wheat flour, sugar, honey and milk, Plazma biscuits are enriched with anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals. With calcium, iron, zinc, vitamins C and B6, niacin and thiamine in the recipe, these classic cookies are often enjoyed as meal replacements. Sweet - but not too sweet - with a taste akin to graham crackers and a crumbly texture, Plazma biscuits are perfect for dunking in milk, tea or coffee and wonderful with Eurocrem, Nutella or jam.
