Jota with Sauerkraut, probably one of the most popular and traditional Slovenian home-made stews, appreciated also outside our borders, is a great meal in any time of the year. It is great as a main dish or a warm snack. Natureta made the preparation even easier, since it just has to be heated and served. Ingredients: water, sauerkraut 15%, potato 14%, brown beans 14%, pieces of bacon 2% (pork meat, water, salt, dextrose, spices, spice extracts, stabilisers: triphosphate, thickener: carragenan, pork proteins, antioxidant: sodium erithorbate, flavourings, preservative: sodium nitrite), sunflower oil, onion, tomato concentrate, iodised salt, beef soup concentrate (iodised salt, 17% beef fat, flavour enhancers: monosodium glutamate, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate), potato starch, chicken fat, flavourings, sugar, 2.7% beefextract, 0.9% onion powder, spices (pepper, turmeric, parsley root), acid: citric acid, 0.2% carrots, palm fat, yeast extract, antioxidant: extracts of rosemary, spices. May contain traces of gluten, milk, eggs, celery, soybeans and mustard seeds.
