Pumpkin seed oil is natural and not refined, therefore it contains a wealth of vitamins and minerals, which give it a characteristic dark colour, exceptional aroma and unique taste. Pumpkin seeds obtained only from the best pumpkins are roasted before being pressed. Pumpkin oil is suitable as a healthy alternative for preparing various meat and vegetable salads.
