I am sorry about the delay, looking at the tracking it looks like the parcel was held in transit and delivered the following morning as we upgraded the delivery to pre-12. Good news is, we are packing all refrigerated products to withstand 72h delivery, as we ship regularly to very remote areas that require longer transit times (Shetland island, Jersey, Guernsey etc). Packing all the orders this way also ensures that, in any odd situations like this where there is a delay caused by DHL, the items are still delivered chilled and safe to be consumed.
