Less traditional and more budget-friendly version of winter salami. Pivac's winter salami does not contain the white mold, hence it is perfect for picky eaters. It is also free from gluten, flavour enhancers and colouring agents.
Ingredients: pork meat, pork fat tissue, beef meat, table salt, dextrose, spices, flavour, antioxidant E316, pork protein, preservative E250, starter culture. 100g winter salami is made from 152g pork and beef meat.
