Although we provide great care to make summary details and descriptions as detailed as possible, product information, including product images, listed on this store may not be up to date at the moment of your purchase. Due to constantly replenished stock, the packaging and information provided on packaging may vary per batch. While we believe that information provided on this store is accurate, it is not a substitute for you reading the product packaging and label prior to use. If you need any further info about our products, we will happily provide this to you, including a photo proof of any needed information.
I have ordered 3 pack of Cokolino 500g a month ago and received an order with best before date 07.04.23. The first thing is, I won't be able to use it all by its end date and second thing is you shouldn't sell products with such short best before date.
Hi Marina, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Your order has been placed end of February and at that moment the Cokolino had 6 weeks left of the expiration daye. Please note, we mark all short dated products very diligently, so that you can choose if the expirations date are suitable for you (you have confirmed that you are ok with this policy before checkout). We are open in communication with our customers and happily acommodate requests for a longer bb date if it is available. All of our goods are imported, and after Brexit, the transit times have increased tremendously (at least a few months), so the expiration dates will not be as long as they used to before, unfortunately. Please feel free to contact us if you wish to discuss this further.
My kids are grown up, but still love the Čokolino
